Rental Agreement
 Our Rental agreements are month to month and are signed by both the landlord and tenant(s). Once the rental agreement is signed by both parties a deposit of last months rent is required. The first months rent is payable the day before possession. A key with be provided on the day of possession. (or in some circumstances before if the property is vacant) A copy of the rental agreement will be provided to the successful applicant(s).
